Motioncare Company is dedicated to providing reliable, high-quality products.please review the folowing limited warranty and contac your localauthorized Distributor (or Motioncare Company for direct purchases) if you have any questions or concerns.
1. Warranty Coverage:
Motioncare Company quarantes that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the specifed warrantyperiods. This waranty is effective from the originalinvoice date and aplies to the original purchaser named on the invoice. Motioncare Company at its solediscretion will repair, replace or refund any defective component in accordance with this limited warranty.
2. Warranty Claim Eligibility:
To be eligible for a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:.
. The defect is a result of materials and/or manufacturing.
. The product has only been used and stored indoors for its intended purpose, folowing all safety, usage, care, and maintenance quidelines.
. The defec is not due to improper use,which includes wearing incorect clothing or accessories (bets, studs, buckles, jewelry or shoes), improper storage,handling, maintenance, unauthorized repalrs, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage lsuch as scratches, tears,cuts,burns, stains, indents,imperfectionswithin design or wood specifications that do not materialy affect functionalty, damage caused by ats of God, accidents, abuse, misuse, negligence,lack ofnormal maintenance, abnormal service or handling that difers from the specified equipment requirements,improper installation,improper operation,alteration or modification ofthe product, or use of chemicals, abrasives, alcohol,industrial soaps, skin lotions, sand, dirt, mud, or salt.
. Home Series equipment is not covered for any commercial use under this warranty.
. Ex-display equipment or equipment sold as discounted showroom displays are sold 'as-is' and are not covered under this warranty.
3. Length of Limited Warranty:
. Wood frame: two (2)years.
. Springs and mechanical components: one(1)year
. Upholstery, ropes, straps, pulleys:ninety(90)days.

4. Claim Procedure:
To fle a claim under this limited Warranty, the original purchaser should contact the original place of purchase local authorizedDistributor or Motioncare Company for direct purchases) by emai. please ensure you attach a copy of the original invoice with your name on it. include clearphotos andfor videos showing the damaged component(s) and a ful view of the equipment. This wil enable an effective investigation of the defec anddetermine ifthe component can be repaired or replaced.
5. Limitation of liablity:
Motioncare Company shall not be held iable for any direct,indirect, incidental, consequentia,special, or punitive damages arisingfrom the use or misuse of our products. This incudes,but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage,loss of profits, or any other lbosses resultingfrom the use, inability to use, or reliance on our products.
